House Rules

We would like to inform you with house rules so that your stay in our home will be pleasant, while for any additional information please speak to your host.

  • Accommodation is available from 1pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
  • Guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the apartments and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof.
  • When going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch of the lights and the electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, stove…) and turn off the taps.
  • In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the owner of the facility has the right to enter the apartment to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger.
  • Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing other guests is prohibited. It is specifically forbidden to make loud noises in the time between 2-4pm and from 11pm to 8am.
  • The contents of the apartments may only be used by person who are registered as guests, however the host may, upon the request of a guest, permit possible visits at certain times.
  • Bringing in of animals is permitted only upon the consent of the host.
  • It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, covers, etc.) from the apartment
  • It is guest obligation to monetary compensate the owner for all omitted or lost inventory, furniture or apartment equipment.
  • In the event of disregard of the house rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing of service.
  • You may offer your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host who is at your disposal during working hours from 12am to 12pm.

Cancellation policy

Regular/direct bookings

  • We require 30% advance payment at the time of the reservation and the rest can be paid on the arrival.
  • Cancellation must be made 30 full days before 12:00 AM local time on the day of check in, otherwise a refund will not be provided
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent will not be refunded
  • A reservation is not officially canceled until the guest receives a confirmation e-mail regarding their cancellation from Villa Perla. If the cancellation e-mail is not received, please contact Villa Perla.

Voucher or coupon bookings

  • Please note all Voucher purchases through our discount partners are final. Client will receive the refund and can cancel the voucher only if the cancellation is made prior to 14 days after the purchase of the voucher.
  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Therefore we are very flexible when it comes to using vouchers / coupons. The clients have option to visit us following year with a reasonable explanation and use their voucher / coupon from the previous year.
