Amenities
All guests are welcome to enjoy our Rooftop Terrace, complete with lounge chairs, chairs and tables, as well as the front yard. Please note that these shared spaces operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. To ensure everyone’s comfort, quiet hours are observed in all common areas from 10 PM to 8 AM.

NO smoking inside of your apartments. Smoking is allowed on the deck.

If you borrow kitchen items to use in another apartment or outdoors, please ensure they are returned to their original apartment.
Don’t use towels to take off make-up.
Do not flush wipes and sanitary products.
Things to Note
Tap water is not recommended for drinking. Please use bottled water.
We recommend taking probiotics prior and during your trip as a precautionary measure. During the summer, when tourism peaks in Montenegro, airborne stomach viruses occasionally circulate.
Upon arrival, you can unload your belongings in front of the house. Once done, please park your car in the lot behind the house. The parking lot entrance is located uphill, just past the small beach, with a gate on the right. To return to the house on foot, use the passage between our house and the neighboring house, which leads directly to the parking lot.

The laundry room is on the top floor. Laundry service is available for 7EUR per load. Simply provide us with your clothes, and we’ll load the machine for you. Once washed, you’ll need to hang them on the drying net, where they’ll dry in 15-20 minutes under the sun.
We do not provide beach towels.
We do not have 24/7 maintenance or housekeeping. Our maintenance and housekeeping staff are only available between the hours of 9am - 5pm.
Fresh towels, sheets, and additional cleaning supplies are available upon request during your stay.
Apartment space can be limited. Should you require an iron and ironing board, a dedicated room on the top floor is available for this purpose.
We provide airport pick-up for 70EUR. Please email us to arrange your booking.
